SQL Server Installer Community not running

I have installed SQL Server from here http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/ 

The first one in the image below 24.5M 

After downloading I run it then an app is installed named MySQL Installer - Community but when I click on this app nothing happens and in Program files(x86) a folder named MySQL has been created.

Please help me out install it I have to use SQL Server
