Is Merge Replication 2022 supported to execute stored procedue?

Your post/question is very unclear.
(Merge) Replication is transfer object design and data.
If you want to execute scheduled a stored procedure, then create an agent job for.

The requirements is to replicate the data by using stored procedure.

I tried to configure merge replication. i have seen that there is no option to execute the stored procedure. The reason why they need to use stored proc is to get the data from multiple tables and not from one table only.

Please advise/suggest.
