SQL Server 2019 Developer Edition Region setting problem on Windows 10 Pro x64...

Hi there

Does somebody know what the problem is? ALL settings are now on DE-CH, but SQL Server 2019 Developer Setup tells me 

1.) I have to continue in english

OR 

2.) I have to change ALL settings to DE-DE (NEVER an option - what the hell?!?)

Logic: None (I.m.o...)

So how to solve that issue in a proper way?
