I have installed MDS 2016 on windows 10 everything is configured successfully but getting below error while accessing web portal from IIS.

While doing MDS configuration, You provided the 'Administrator Account' at the step of Create Database Wizard. Use that account to access the MDS URL. This account will have the full access on URL.
