Pivot kind of thing in SQL Server field

Hi,

I have table with field as 

(9510742), (9602852), (9493553), (9577869), (9573710), (9514612), (9603503), (9454293), (9578529), (9491464)

.

I want get these values as  below.

(9510742, 9602852, 9493553, 9577869, 9573710, 9514612, 9603503, 9454293, 9578529, 9491464 )

How can I write SQL/T-SQL for this?
