move from SQL 2016 to SQL 2017

I installed SQL 2017 in my server and I do not see the database in this version

The database is in SQL 2016.

Looks like I will need to move the data from 2016 to 2017.

What is the easy way to do this?

is there a tool in SQL that I can use to get this done?

Sounds to me like you have an instance of 2017 alongside the previous instance of 2016 ? Were you trying to do an upgrade of 2016 => 2017 ? It looks like you hit the wrong option. If you were after an in place upgrade I'd be tempted to uninstall 2017 and re-install it but make sure you choose the Upgrade option from the setup dialogues.
