Creating a Data-Driven Subscription

In SQL Report Builder I am trying to build a Data-Driven Subscription for a report. When I go into the Report and go Manage > Subscriptions, I do not have an option for a New Data-Driven Subscription. Is this a separate option I have to add to SQL? Thanks!

Click New subscription, you should fund Data-Driven Subscription in it.

First of all, you should have proper edition of ssrs that has this function. 

Express edition does not.
