Summary
In rare circumstances on systems with UAC enabled, setup of Cumulative Update 1 of the RML Utilities may continue to prompt you for the Microsoft Report Viewer 2008 Redistributable (SP1 or later) even after you have already installed the redistributable:
“The RML Utilities require the Microsoft Report Viewer 2008 Redistributable (SP1 or later). Do you want to go to the Microsoft download center to install this package?”
Workaround
To workaround disable UAC or run with elevated permissions.

If your current permission context does not allow this check to find this assembly, then the check continues to prompt even though this assembly is already installed.
