Probably easier to explain by example.
Let's say I set my idle time for 30 minutes. When I've actually been idle for 30 minutes, do my contacts see idle for 30 minutes or does the idle time START at 30 minutes and at say 35 minutes show me idle for 5 minutes? (35 minutes-30 minutes=5 minutes).
How does away effect this?
