SRS on 1803 with all the latest drivers and firmware. Attached to a Logitech SmartDock with a Logitech PTZ Pro Camera attached. The buttons at the bottom (Video. Mute, Hang up, etc) locks up from time to time. Users cannot hang up or mute/unmute but we can flip through the tabs. I can reproduce the issue if you pull the power on the PTZ Camera and plug it back in after 10 seconds but other times it locks up randomly. We've updated the Firmware on the SmartDock, We've swapped Surface Pros, and We've swapped cameras. We are still getting lock ups. Any thoughts?
