Skype Meeting Broadcast Error

Hi Team,

I've enabled the Skype for Business for my organization. however, I'm still unable to login. 

Any thoughts? 

Please see images of the setting of admin center and Error I'm getting while I was trying to login.

Could be restricted by a policy. Take a look at this:
