Skype for Business on a Chromebook

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-1235086%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3ESkype%20for%20Business%20on%20a%20Chromebook%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-1235086%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3E%3CSPAN%3EWe%20are%20having%20issues%20with%20some%20of%20our%20Lenovo%20500E%20Chromebooks%20and%20the%20Skype%20For%20Business%20for%20Android%20app.%20On%20some%20machines%20it%20works%20fine%2C%20but%20on%20others%2C%20when%20trying%20to%20launch%20it%2C%20the%20screen%20flashes%20and%20at%20the%20bottom%20a%20message%20says%20Missing%20Libraries!%20But%20the%20app%20never%20opens.%20I%20have%20tried%20uninstalling%20and%20reinstalling%20the%20app%20and%20have%20the%20same%20issues.%20%26nbsp%3BI%20have%20also%20tried%20clearing%20the%20cache%20for%20the%20program%20and%20same%20results.%20This%20is%20for%20Chromebooks%20running%20versions%2079%20and%2080.%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FSPAN%3E%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E%3CLINGO-LABS%20id%3D%22lingo-labs-1235086%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3ESkype%20for%20Business%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3C%2FLINGO-LABS%3E

We are having issues with some of our Lenovo 500E Chromebooks and the Skype For Business for Android app. On some machines it works fine, but on others, when trying to launch it, the screen flashes and at the bottom a message says Missing Libraries! But the app never opens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have the same issues.  I have also tried clearing the cache for the program and same results. This is for Chromebooks running versions 79 and 80.
