Skype for Business keeps switching version.

Hello,

 

We have a weird issue lately, our Skype for business keeps switching versions in our company.

As you can see in below screenshot, we have multiple versions (not counting difference in language), while we only use 1 license (O365 Business premium)

The issue we are having because of this, is that we are often not getting call forwards, not seeing missed calls etc., is there anything we can do to stop this from happening so we can rely better on our software?
