We are have an issue with our recent installation of Lync and Skype for business for a communication platform. Users have reported when they either placing a call on Hold or Transferring a call the time it takes complete the action can be as long as 30 seconds. When a transfer or hold is activated, the Skype client will stop, the progress wheel will spin and nothing will happen until 30 seconds. During this time the caller can still hear the person they were speaking to but nothing is happening. So for we have deleted the Skype profile on the affected PC's and the problem still persisted. I have search high and low to find an answer to the problem. Is someone able to assist with our issue.
