Skype Business Meeting Shared inbox - not 365 user

Is there any info about how to move meetings to skype business when they have been created on a shared inbox / calendar.  There is an account mismatch error error when trying to do this within outlook?

Org does not use 365.

Hi,

Move it from where? When you schedule a meeting in a shared mailbox that AD account connected to that mailbox also have to be enabled for Skype with correct licenses. If you are scheduling a meeting for another user (ex. a shared mailbox) you have to get that delegate access from that mailbox/user first.
