Sign up for E5 - How long till Phone Numbers get assigned to use for S4B calling

When you license a user for E5, how long does it usually take for Phone numbers to show up so you can assign a number to a user to put into there S4B client? If i remember correctly durning preview, this was pretty fast.

Now its been 30 mins and I still do not have any numbers that I can assign to myself to use my Skype4Biz client to call out on

Have you also bought a PSTN Calling license? On our tenant you have to buy that license, assign it to a user and then on the Skype for Business admin centre under Voice you can 'add' numbers which are available straight away.
