Pin not req'd for Audio Conferencing on Office 365

Hi,

Our meeting organisers are not being asked to enter a pin when they join an audio conference that they have set up. The call is opening as soon as any of the participants dial in and enter the conference ID. How do we ensure that the meeting organiser has to enter their pin before the meeting starts?

jsut to be clear, when a guest/participant call to the meeting by phone they dont have to push pin?
