Mac Skype for Business users report client saying they are the only person on the call

Getting reports from users saying the Mac SfB client is stating they are the only person on the call but clealry they are not as they are can hear people.

 

Any advice?

The issue seems to much more related to the Skype for Business Client is unable to detect the Audio Device Connected to the MAC Book or there are some issues with the internal device. Issue seems to be with the Audio Device Related as the same happens with the Windows Device also when the audio headsets are not plugged in properly

I'm not so sure. Audio devices are certified Jabra devices for Mac Skype for Business and are correctly plugged in.

 

We have found quitting SfB and restarting can resolve the issue.
