Loading the Skype for Business Web App Plug-in has timed out or failed. If the problem persists...

have been using Skype for Business Web app to connect with my clients who use the Business App.  For many months now there have been no issues.  As of November 30th or December 1st - I now get that error on both a Chrome and Edge browser on my Windows 10 based PC.   I worked with HP Laptop support and they updated everything including the BIOS to no avail.  Has something changed in Skype that is now causing this issue and is there a solution to it.  Also can I use my personal Skype account to connect to a Skype Business meeting?

 

I can successfully log into the call but I continuously get this error.  I shut down the browser, restarted it, restarted the computer and all failed.

 

I would appreciate some assistance or a solution!
