Is skype for business still available?

Help!!

A l;ient called saying that the NY Courts system was requiring Skype for Business BUT I cant find the application anywhere.

Unfortunately Microsoft is on-boarding all the New Customers on Microsoft Teams Directly. Hence they have stopped the on-boarding of the New Customers on Microsoft Skype for Business Online. Customer has to move to Microsoft Teams Directly.
