Since then latest update to Android 10, I'm not able to connect to Skype for Business.
Phone used is Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I've contacted Samsung and they are referring to the app. Reading on different forums on the Internet, we can see the same thing happening for other Android devices with Android 10.
We have an On-Prem solution.
Error message: "Cannot connect to server. Check network settings or server address and try again"
Please tell us if your app does not support Android 10 and if so are you going to update it?
Any other tips?
We have checked our internal infrastructure, network and load balancing and everything is fine there.
