Occasional Visitor

I'd like to have an icon to invite clients to meetings, but I can only add Teams.  Teams is fine for internal use, but most of my clients don't like it.  I use the add-in button on Outlook, but there is no add-in for Skype.  How can I get this?  Maybe I need a separate subscription?  My MSFT subscription says I have skype for business included, though.
