All colleagues as contacts by default in Skype for Business?

We are planning to roll out Skype for Business Online to our ~20 person company. What would be aweseome was that when my users sign on they can find all their colleagues in the contact list in Skype for Business by default. If they have to add them theirself (or I have to do it for them) they would just complain and be negative about starting to use S4B. 

Is there a way for me to do this?

It is not recomended and not best practice to prepoulate contactslists.
