Error Preparing forest Skype for Business 2019

I received the following error when preparing the forest for an initial install of Skype for Business 2019:  

WARNING: Enable-CSAdForest failed.
Command execution failed: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: instanceToDelete

Any suggestions?
