Hi All,
I have a client where they have a SFB Standard Edition server deployed. Now they want to upgrade the same to Enterprise edition.
What would be the best approach for this kind of scenario?

SolutionHi Rehan,
There is no direct way to upgrade standard Edition pool to an Enterprise Edition pool.
you will have to define, publish and install a new Enterprise Edition pool in your topology, move couple of pilot users and start testing, when all is good, move all users to the new Enterprise pool.
Note: you will have to move the CMS to the Enterprise Edition pool, you can't host the CMS on a standard pool if you have an Enterprise Edition pool in the topology, also pay attention to your DNS records that will point to the new Enterprise Edition Pool

Mostafa is 100% right, it's a swing migration. That's the only way.
