Hi guys,
I need some input how to further troubleshoot this issue; lately there are users in our organization unable to share desktop screen in conference meeting and it happens randomly.
I tried to find the patterns how it happens but so far no conclusion just some observations as following.
Some background info:
- Environment: Skype for Business Online
- Affected clients: Lync 2013, and SFB 2016
- Error msg: "some presenting features are unavailable due to server connectivity issues" or message saying network issue.
- Observations:
1. The problem happens randomly, not in every Skype meeting.
2. No complaints if in peer-to-peer session.
3. It happened for some users for several days, and then problem went away by itself.
4. During the meeting, other participants able to share their desktop smoothly.
From Call Analytics, it was recorded the desktop sharing lasted for 14secs.
In the Debug mode:
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Hi There,
Seems issue with firewalling. Check your firewall setting if all required ports are opened.
Check the Technical Diagram for Skype for Business on Technet:

The ports on firewall are always open for O365 traffics. The issue happened quite random for the user, it may not happen on next meetings. But it just happen on and off.

Have you looked into the Lync-UccApi-0.UccApilog of the participants, when this issue occurred?

Like Freddy Suggested can you check de client log with snooper if there is any errors. Also look for icewarn.
