Hi Skypers !!
We have some users who cannot create SFB meeting request. When they click on Skype meeting in Outlook 2016, they get error "Create Skype meeting failed. Please make sure that Skype for Business is running and signed in and try again."
We are having an on premise SFB standard deployment. I have tried the below step to troubleshoot, but the issue still persist:
1. Delete SFB cache (AppData --> Local --> Microsoft --> Office --> 16 --> Lync)
2. Restarted the PC
3. Disabled the SFB account and enabled it back.
4. Configured Outlook and Skype on another PC.
