Hi Folks,
I'm getting the following error when I try to sign in to Skype using Logitech SmartDock "We can't sign you in because the server couldn't be contacted or the version is incompatible for the device".
I used an image file provided by Logitech as well as tried to re-image the SRS (Logitech SmartDock) using this MS documentation to no avail having always the same issue.
What I've done so far:
- I tried to login using different SIP accounts and they are all on the cloud but it didn't work.
- I Checked with the Network Team and they confirmed they didn't find any blocked traffic on the firewall from the SRS during sign-in.
Please not that the device is joined to the domain.
Could someone you please advise?
