Transfer to Skype Room System fails

If we perform a blind transfer of a inbound PSTN call to a Skype Room System (Logitech SmartDock GROUP) the calls results in one-way audio. People in the Room cannot hear the PSTN callers.

 

This has been reproduced on several computers and also by an unrelated 3rd-party provider in a different country/tenant with the same setup.
