SRS Unit Shows Reconnecting

I have an SRS Unit that is showing "Reconnecting" however it has a internet connection because I was able to remote into it. The unit is on windows 1709 SRS Version 4.0.85.0 and I noticed in event viewer theres been many errors with XmlLite.dll. A reboot usually fixes things but this continues to happen.

Change the following power settings GPO - this is just a work around - makes the machine not go to sleep ... no answer yet

Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>System>Power Management>Video and Display Settings>
Turn off the display(battery): Enabled and set to 0 seconds.
Turn off the display(plugged in): Enabled and set to 0 seconds.

Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>System>Power Management>Sleep Settings>
Turn off hybrid sleep (battery): Enabled
Turn off hybrid sleep (plugged in): Enabled
Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (battery): Disabled
Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (plugged in): Disabled
Specify the system sleep timeout (battery): Enabled and set to 0 seconds.
Specify the system sleep timeout (plugged in): Enabled and set to 0 second
