Hi. I have encountered a behavior that puzzles me a great deal.
The scenario are involving call transfers of a voice call.
1. Customer A calls- Enterprise voice user B. if B transfer the calls to any outside number- no problem.
2. Customer A calls- Enterprise voice user B. if B transfer calls to Enterprise voice user C, and C transfer calls to any outside number- calls cannot be transferred?
3. Customer A calls- Enterprise voice user B. if B places the call on hold and wants to talk to any number outside- just to give information before transfer the call. Now if Customer A decide to leave the call while on hold. B and outside number gets disconnected?
Any idea how to explain or solve this?
