Skype Meeting Broadcast w/Outlook

Early on in Skype Meeting Broadcast, if an Outlook user tried to schedule more than 250 participants in a Skype meeting they were prompted to use Broadcast instead.  Is this still the case?  I'd like to turn Broadcast on in my production tenant, but I don't want to present that message to users.

That is correct through, Skype for Business only handled 250 attendees so you should be using Skype Meeting Broadcast.

You must also tell the user that this is a Broadcast Meeting because attendees will only join via a browser, there are some difference that is good to tell the people before creating the meeting
