Hi, a customer is using Skype for Business extensively and they want / need to enable external users to chat with customer support in a webchat experience in their web portal. I know it is possible (using Bot Framework or SfB Web SDK) but we have something (a sample) already built to show this customer? A ready-made solution would be best, but a sample is enough.
