Skype for Business Stops Responding

Lync will stops working intermittently on RDS Servers (2016). What is the best way to troubleshoot, I already reinstalled and ran a repair.  (There are about 20 users on the server)

@chas1101 Did you ever find a solutions for this.

I think I have the same issues on a 2012R2 RDS platform.
