Skype for Business - One phone number for several user

Hi, 

I do a have a team of 5 employees, who responsible for one customer. 

Id like to provide these 5 employees the same telephone number via a booked number from mircosft office. 

Is it possible to delegate these 5 users the same number, so that they can pick up the phone and have the possibility to call out ?

Yes, that is possible.

To make them "share" the same phone  number setup an Call Queue, Calls will come in to that queue and then be forwarded to one of these 5 users. Callers will stay in the queue until someone answers the call.

To make them dial out from the same number you have to setup an new Calling Line identity, with this feature they will always dial out showing this shared number. Read more here.
