Skype for business for MAC stops working after AD Password change

Hello everyone,

 

We have an odd problem going on, our MAC users after they change their AD password (because it expires) cannot sign back in.  We use ADFS 2.0 with AD  Sync and Skype is hosted in Cloud.  When they try to sign in they get a "Not Authorized" "http Error 401.  The requested resource requires users authentication".  Windows users are fine, they can use Teams with no problem.

 

Has anyone has similar problem or idea on how to fix it?  We have a Ticket open with MS, but so far no luck.
