Skype for Business continues to ask for password

Iron Contributor

Have users that Skype continues, ramdomly, to ask for their password. It could be multiple times a day and as few as once or twice a week. Seems to only occur with users that are global admins, or at least the only users reporting the issue are.  On accounts that have MFA enabled, they have to consently enter their app password.  Any thoughts on why this would be occuring?

If it asks for password after they have been logged in, most times from experience it could be Outlook/exchange sync/connection that is asking. Have they tried logging out, delete skype for business profile from the computer, then log on?

Heres how you do it:

Actually just had him clear the signin information. Will see if that solves the issue. The problem has been going on for several months, so restarting is not the answer. Also no issues within Outlook.

Even though there are no issues in exchange/outlook, the connection between Outlook and Skype can get "broken".  Let us knwo how it goes.

This happens so frequently to me that I assumed it was a persistent bug.
