Just a heads up!

 

We are currently experiencing an issue (raised with support) where we are unable to call out or receive calls in.

 

When trying to call out we get a message saying “We couldn’t complete the call check that you are using the correct number format with country and area codes for example 15555550123, if the problem continues contact your admin”, even if you do that it will not work.

 

When dialing in it is engaged and we just get a missed call notification.

 

This has happened twice so far today, currently it has been said that they have an issue which they are investigating.

 

More concerning is that just before it fell over a user dialled a phone number and it went to a different area codes phone number instead having misrouted.

 

Rather concerning with not a very quick turnaround to resolve the issue we have currently been offline for over an hour with no resolution currently presented to us.

We had the same here, but it was fixed a couple of hours ago. Microsoft support were swift to respond, it was a central issue effecting all services around the world, and is reported in the portal.

My concern here is that the outage was for an hour if not a bit more and now today we have also been offline for an hour, not very stable for a main company phone system.
