Skype for Business audio call quality problem

I need someone here to assist me with bad Skype for Business audio call quality. I have been trying to evaluate my new Skype for Business audio call and i hardly hear the conversation clear.

There are a bunch of troubleshooting tools available.

For instance call analytics within the skype / Teams admin center is one thing which helps diving into the QoE of Skype Calls.

I have tried everything and nothing seems related to the problem in any of those links, kindly help me out. All I need is a clear audio and video call from the skype for business. Thank you.
