Skype Exchange 2010 "Skype for Business can't connect to Exchange"

We have 2 Clients showing the "Skype for Business can't connect to Exchange" error message. These Clients cannot see the "Out of Office" message in Outlook. If we look for the configuration information from Skype we can see, that the setting for InternalEwsUrl and ExternalEwsUrl are both empty and the EWS Information is not configured.

Any suggestions?
