We are suffering from low voice/video quality on SFB ever since it was implemented on E3 365 few months ago.
Regular consumer Skype works fine (same as other VOIP applications).
Network Bandwidth shows no bottlenecks
We had tried to open a support ticket with MS , but got no real solution so far.
Users are showing impatience.
Any idea?

Have you looked at your Call Quality Dashboard for an insight into what you are facing? Opening an MS-Premeir ticket should help you with the interepeation of the reports.
