Hi,
We have a series of Logitech SFB Room Systems. We'd like to know how to create a SFB Meeting Broadcast which can be joined from the room as per a normal SFB meeting. Currently SFB Meeting Broadcasts show as not a kype Meeting and the only way to join them is to invite each room just before the meeting from the online event console. This isn't ideal as we would like staff to be able to walk into the room and join directly rather than be invited (call each room) independently.
In addition, is it possible to associate a dial in number to a Skype Broadcast Meeting?
Any assistance would be fantastic.
Thanks - Nick

I wouldn't invite the SRS into a broadcast meeting, it would end up in the inner meeting, not as a viewer. If they unmuted they would be in the broadcast. As @Loryan Strant observed the only way to use it would be plugging in a laptop.
I've raised a request before for this capability, it's not got a huge number of votes ...
There is no dial-in option for a broadcast, but there is a good roadmap ahead announced at Ignite earlier this year, see

Thank you all for the information, bring the rooms into the broadcast is the behavior we're looking for.
We broadcast our end of month meeting from our main boardroom, and all regional staff attend at there SFB rooms so we can have Q@A or multiple presenters. The mobile staff or staff who can not attend in a SFB enabled room then watch the stream.
We would have preferred to of used a straight Skype meeting so we had a dial in number and can join dynamically from the SFB rooms however, this would mean a significant number of skype sessions which down samples the video and a large number of black squares in the video area e.g. staff who dial in and aren't using video which doesn't look great.

Ideally, as the broadcast producer I would like to be able to add V/C enabled presenters e.g. staff and/or rooms via a normal skype invitation to facilitate presenters in different locations. It would also be beneficial to allow SFB room systems to join the stream as opposed to being part of the broadcast directly from the panel. Staff could then congregate in a meeting room to watch the broadcast with out the need for the producer to invite them and/or become part of the broadcast

On the flip side of this, SRS, Surface Hub and Skype enabled Polycom Group Series make great static / mobile studios for bringing remote presenters into Skype Meeting Broadcast.
