SFB Hybrid Cloud PBX with on-premises PSTN connectivity migrate to CCE

Brass Contributor

Hi,

Let say a tenant has a existing SFB on-prem server, and move its user to cloud pbx, but still uses the on-prem PSTN connection.  Please see this link below

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt634319.aspx

Later the tenant wishes to use CCE, instead of the on-prem server, I couldn't find the steps to do this.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Maybe you didn't found it because both can't be available at the same time at this moment. Look at https://technet.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/mt605227.aspx for CCE deployment.
No co-existance with on premises deployment of Skype for Business, this means that you will need to decomission SFB on premises first
There will be for the first time CCE for HYbrid PSTN presentation next friday. Title: Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition for Hybrid PSTN Abstract: In our upcoming broadcast Oliver Chiu, Sr. Product Marketing Manager and Bill Verthein, Product Owner of Skype for Business Hybrid PSTN, will be discussing the upcoming release of Cloud Connector Edition and provide a brief overview of how customers are deploying CCE. Where: http://aka.ms/sfbcast When: When: Friday May 26, 2017 @ 9am Pacific Time

Thank you Leonardo, I hope the presentation can help answer the question.

The co-existence between on-premises pool and CCE is in progress. We expect TAP in summer. If you are interested in TAP of this feature, please send me a message

Dear Nikolay,

What is TAP?

Pardon my lack of understanding for hybrid model, I would like to know when it is classified as hybrid?  Is it when the on-prem SFB do the "move-csuser"?

Thank you.
