SfB app not receive toast message consistence

I got lot of users complain about that SfB app can’t not receive toast message all the time, SOMETIMES mobile can receive IM or call SOMETIMES NOT, it happens on both Android and iOS; I have open several cases in PSS before and engineer explain how the toast message works, but can’t solve the problem. It’s very unlikely IM tool such as LINE or what’s app the toast message can be received even the mobile device is in power saving model (screen went blank).

Does anyone experience the same way that SfB app not work all the time or have any idea about this issue?


Environment: on-premise Lync 2013 enterprise pool and Skype for Business 2015 enterprise pool in two different geography
