Server side Conversation History not working for Mac/ Mobile clients

Works as expected for Windows users, but conversations from SfB for Mac or iOS clients are not writing back to the mailbox.

Are those clients not supported for SSCH, or am I missing some configuration steps (server/policy/etc)?

Hi Neeraj,

yes, Server Side Conversation History should work -- however in Skype for Business on Mac only against Skype for Business Online and Skype for Business Server 2015 -- with the latest November 2016 update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3061064 (also read more about the update on our blog)

Edit: latest Server update is not required to get this working for Skype for Business on Mac. Still, as always we recommend to have the latest Server update (and other update).

Thanks for your input @Thomas Binder, but I tested this against a Skype Online account too.

Will open a case to troubleshoot further.

Just in case anybody else has trouble getting SSCH working on Mobile/Mac clients, refer to this post -

In our case, the MsolServicePrincipalCredential binding with Exchange Online was missing.
