S4B on iPhone does work well

SFB is broken on iPhone and does not work on cellular. It's not ready for prime time. Compared to bluejeans or webex, it's terrible for video con calls using iPhone. Not so good on Mac either. Granted, I am running the beta version but I wouldn't call it beta quality either. Can't even join a call when I am on cellular. I have to dial-in with the con call code and then it frequently drops the connection.

These are all set to off. The one part is video content will NOT be received via cell? Is this a feature limitation? or just a beta restriction? Hangouts or Bluejeans do not prevent video on cellular or webex for that matter. Wonderng if this is temporary?
