Questions on Hybrid SfB and CCE

Hello Experts,

One of customer raised the below query:

Currently they have on-prem Sip trunk and wanted to deploy a hybrid environment for OPCH and move the users to Skype for Business Online then remove the on-premise servers.

Further, they'd like to bring in CCE along side Skype for business online.

Is this supported and is there any documentations or best practices to achieve it?
Will there be any impacts?

Any pointes would be of great help.

You can explorer OPCH AudioCodes CloudBond 365 because this product does support various scenarios and I guess would fulfil your need..

You can't have both CCE and OPCH.  You'll need to pick one or the other before you start.  If Skype server already exists, I'd stay on that path and just keep it. scale it down if you have extra servers you don't need but don't jump to CCE or anything else.  If you have nothing, I'd explore CCE.  The impacts are hard to say without a lot of detail on how their existing system is used.
