Questions on Azure voicemail.

Hi Experts,

One of our partner raised the below query:

They're wondering if it is possible to change someone’s voicemail greeting if they are off sick. For example. User A goes off on long term sickness leave, User B needs to change User A’s voicemail greeting whilst User A is away. Is this possible?

The customer is using full MS Phone System with PSTN Domestic Calling Plans and using Azure Voicemail.

Any pointers would be of great help.

Not administratively, you'd need to log in as the user to change it on their behalf.  If they have a deskphone already signed in, you might be able to get away with that.  Otherwise you might be forced to reset a password if it's critical that you do this.
