We are testing out a setup with a surface pro and a logitech smartdock in our meeting room.
I've followed the installation instructions point to point with the imaging process.
We have an exchange online setup with a skype for business server beeing run by another company (Telenor), most likely on premise.
The problem is that i cannot log in properly on the device. I'm getting up a synced calender, but i'm getting this message: "We can't sign you in because the server couldn't be reached or the server version is incompatible with the device".
I can successfully login with this user on a sfb client.
I've read the logs in snooper and i'm getting three different errors: "05/14/2018|07:44:49.842 2014:14F4 ERROR ::
Unexpected null pRDPSession!"
"05/14/2018|07:44:52.319 2014:14F4 ERROR ::
HRESULT failed: 80070032 = hr . failed to get device property MM_DP_LOCATION"
"05/14/2018|07:44:52.319 2014:14F4 ERROR ::
HRESULT API failed: 80004005 = hr. ParsePidVidMi"
And in the skype room system event log file i'm getting both 3001 and 2001:
"{"Description":"Network status : Healthy. Exchange status : Connected. Signin status: Unhealthy. ","ResourceState":"Unhealthy","OperationName":"Heartbeat","OperationResult":"Fail","OS":"Windows 10","OSVersion":"10.0.16299.192","Alias":"","DisplayName":"","AppVersion":"3.1.104.0","IPv4Address":"192.168.100.97","IPv6Address":"","IPv4Address2":"172.25.144.145"}
"{"Description":"Conference Microphone status : Healthy. Conference Speaker status : Healthy. Default Speaker status : Healthy. Camera status : Healthy. Front of Room Display status : Unhealthy. Motion Sensor status : Healthy. HDMI Ingest status : Healthy. ","ResourceState":"Unhealthy","OperationName":"HardwareCheckEngine","OperationResult":"Fail","OS":"Windows 10","OSVersion":"10.0.16299.192","Alias":"","DisplayName":"","AppVersion":"3.1.104.0","IPv4Address":"192.168.100.97","IPv6Address":"","IPv4Address2":"172.25.144.145"}
We are not connecting through a proxy, and i've tried to connect on different networks to rule out firewall issues.
I hope you can offer some help, i've been having this problem for a while now.
Sincerely

Just a thought, you definitely have Win10 enterprise (you probably do as you have the SRS app). I would ask your hosting provider to confirm the SfB version by running Get-CsServerVersion too.

I have Win10 Enterprise 1709. I can ask our hosting provider about that, but the user has been logged on with a Polycom RealPresence 310 srs system without problems.
