We have polycom vvx phones that are agents within Response Groups. There are times when calls are made to the Response group and when one agent picks up the phone, the other phones continue to ring and you have to go to each phone and reject the call to make it stop ringing. Has anyone experienced this?

I've seen some issues in various firmware versions, I'd suggest attempting the most recent firmware and going back a ways to see if either releaves the issue.
